  • Common drag and drop tasks are:
    • Drop a file or folder onto a folder icon or w/in an open folder's window (moves the file or folder)
    • Drop a file onto the Workspace (makes a link to the file)
    • Drop a file onto the Printer control on the Front Panel (prints the file)
    • Drop a file or folder onto the trash can on the Front Panel (removes the file)
  • To copy an object hold the CONTROL key down during the move/drag.
